How come you just don't realise how much weight you are putting on at the time, when I did realise I was 16st 11lbs. Agh I felt the size of house and people seem to look at you in a funny way. So I thought it it would be best to try and shift that weight, first thing was to cut down on the bread and cheese and try to start eating meals again. I started to lose weight but felt I needed some external influence to keep me on track. Weight Watchers was the answer, took me a few weeks to push myself to my local class but on June 21st 2006 I joined and weighed in at 15st 13lbs
My
goal weight was 10st 6lbs and on February 28th 2007 I got to goal weighing
in at 10st 3.5lbs
I continued to lose a little after, not by design it just happened so I am
currently 9st 10lbs
I am probably more than that now but as we have been having health issues, lots of steriods, anti-b's, invasion tests, xrays, visits to consultant. Started smoking again and therefore am now giving up again. I shall continue to be sensible every day and note the days I do go over and once I am sorted health wise I can start to mend any damage done
